The Challenge
Goodwill Suncoast approached us as a new client after transitioning from their previous direct response agency. They sought a seamless continuation of their fundraising program, with a desire for high-level service and strategic guidance to enhance their efforts.

Our Strategy
Our team built on Goodwill Suncoast’s existing strategy, which had previously yielded positive results. We focused on refining the storytelling elements of the campaign, making the messaging more compelling and engaging. Additionally, we selected a targeted list of new support to ensure that the campaign reached the most relevant audience.
In response to unforeseen challenges, we also had to make quick adjustments following the devastation caused by hurricanes in their service area. These shifts involved recalibrating the messaging and ask strategy to align with the immediate needs of the affected community while maintaining donor engagement.
We also tested the ask ladder, adjusting the order of donor requests to encourage upgrades in giving levels from their loyal donor base.
