Streamworks has an exciting opportunity for a technical Machine Setup Specialist. This first shift position requires extensive experience with lettershop mailing equipment such as Flowmaster inserting systems, swing arm inserting systems, Ink Jet systems, Tabbers and Folders.

As the Machine Setup Specialist you will be responsible for setting up jobs so that our operators may gain the highest levels of productivity from our equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues for our operators.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up lettershop machinery for the operators such as Flowmaster inserting systems, swing arm inserting systems, Ink Jet systems, Tabbers and Folders
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues for the operators
  • Develop, maintain, and improve setups, procedures and process documentation
  • Perform required preventative maintenance
  • Monitor lettershop equipment for proper operation during manufacturing
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety procedures

The Imagewërks Senior Business Development Executive is a seasoned sales development professional with the ability to generate leads, and exceed sales revenue for our growing creative agency. As a relationship expert for executive-level decision makers, this role demands a fearless prospect identifier/qualifier/closer who can present strategic solutions that are customized to fit each client's unique needs.

Job Responsibilities ::

  • Prospect, qualify and close prospective clients through traditional/non-traditional sales efforts using a consultative approach to assess marketing needs
  • Work with the highest degree of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Meeting and exceeding all sales performance goals on a consistent basis.
  • Utilize management CRM system to track and report on pipeline activity, development status, and planning for next steps. Reviews reports, activity and status with management.

Job Requirements - Qualifications ::

As a Machine Operator, you will become well versed with our Inkjet, Inserter, Bindery, and Digital equipment. Have a passion for troubleshooting, mechanics, and working in a fast-paced environment? This position is for you! Currently we are looking for individuals to join our 1st shift team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up, run, and maintain Flowmaster, Bell & Howell, Buhr, and Mailcrafter inserters.
  • Set up mail stamp/meter equipment and multi-sheet feed inserters with camera systems.
  • Troubleshoot and correct machine issues as necessary.
  • Check and verify job components against job ticket to codes and other key information and indicators.
  • Complete jobs scheduled for the assigned equipment according to the work orders and job ticket, within the established time frames for each job.
  • Work to meet or exceed tight delivery schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Scheduled Hours of Work:

  • The 1st shift is a full-time position. Hours of work are 7:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year production-related experience.
  • Experience setting up and running lettershop equipment is preferred.

As the Material Handler, you will be responsible for pulling, moving, loading and stocking materials related to the production related workflow for our 2nd shift operating team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distribute the proper quantity and quality of material to machine workstations.
  • Keep machine/operator supplies and materials replenished throughout the shift.
  • Move finished skids of product to the next operations and staging areas based on the workflow status.
  • Assist warehouse personnel with loading/unloading shipping vehicles.
  • Weigh and wrap postal pallets in preparation for the Post Office.
  • Ensure all safety policies are followed and hold a high regard for the safety of others.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack/walkie and/or forklift.
  • Ability to use a computer and basic computing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and keep busy while working alone.
  • Ability to move materials up to 70 pounds.

Scheduled Hours:

  • Standard 2nd shift hours of operation is 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday

Position Overview:

  • Research, draft, edit, and proof critical documents for Account Management team, including:
    • Proposals, Brand Audit Documents, Quarterly Reviews, Analytic Reports, Speaking Engagement PowerPoints, Sales Training Documents, etc.
  • List research/procurement, update database and CRM tool.
  • Support business development efforts for Account Management team.
  • Participate in brand and marketing audits for clients.
  • Coordinate event marketing efforts and tradeshow schedules/details for IWM.
  • Manage weekly sales reports for Account Management team.
  • Communicate and set appointments for Account Management team.
  • Write prospecting letters, emails, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Working toward earning a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication or related degree (senior status preferred)
  • Experience in marketing or communications setting
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • Experience with web and digital based communications (websites, CMS, email marketing programs, etc.)
  • Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills, and the ability to make mature judgments in matters related to client projects
  • Solid skills in time management and prioritization
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign), or willingness to learn more
