Joe Klohn
Chief Operating Officer
As half of the ownership team that created Streamworks, Joe Klohn grew up in the direct mail and printing industries – literally. Some of his earliest memories are of being on the production floor, watching the equipment run, and distracting the operators with endless questions and requests to give it a try. Once he was old enough, Joe held nearly every position in the company including delivery driver, machine operator, account management and sales.
He has used that 20+ years of experience to guide Streamworks’ evolution into a strategic multi-channel marketing partner, focusing on sales and operations.

Tony Zirnhelt’s journey to Streamworks’ co-owner and president began 21 years ago when he acquired Action Mailing. Through strategic acquisitions and partnerships and a passion for marketing, Tony parlayed Action from a 5 person low-tech mail shop into what Streamworks is today – a strategic multi-channel marketing company.
He attributes Streamworks’ success to an ability to recognize trends, embrace technology and a willingness to evolve to meet changing client needs.
Tony is one of the lucky ones who can honestly say he has his dream job, thanks in no small part to the talented and hard-working Streamworks team he has helped assemble.

Bill Hedahl
Vice President
A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in marketing, Bill Hedahl is a 30-year veteran of the direct marketing and printing industries. He has spent 29 years and 6 months of that time with Streamworks. He first joined Streamworks as the accountant, tasked with converting a manual accounting system to an automated one. He has worn many hats throughout the years including marketing, production and sourcing and selling premium incentives. He was the Managing Partner at Expedite Direct Mail & Fulfillment before it joined forces with Action, Inc. to become Streamworks.
Today, Bill uses his wide breadth of experience and knowledge to lead Streamworks’ finance team. But Bill’s days are not just filled with profit and loss statements. He also works with clients and counsels them on the best way to achieve their marketing goals with an eye focused on their bottom line.

A guaranteed shoe-in for the Woodbury Future All-Stars Coaching Hall of Fame (if it existed), Bill has led his daughters’ softball teams through the triumphs and tribulations of competition through the years. When he’s not at the softball fields, he can be found cruising the local lakes and rivers on his boat or listening to one of the 6,500 songs on his iPod. In his dream world, Bill would not be a direct marketing and finance guru, but the lead singer AND lead guitarist of a rock band named Legacy. Hey, it could happen!

Having held nearly every position from print buyer to product manager during that time, she has focused on new business development for the last five years. While she enjoys coaching her sales team, Molly gets the most satisfaction from building a relationship with her clients and digging in to help them find creative and cost-effective solutions to achieve their objectives.

As Vice President of Client and Data Services, Andrea is responsible for making sure the account management and data programming teams run like a well-oiled machine. A 12-year veteran of the direct marketing industry, Andrea uses her penchant for processes and detail to ensure projects stay on (or ahead) of schedule and in compliance with Streamworks’ security standards, all while coaching her teams that nothing is more important than client satisfaction.

Christine is most happy when she is learning something new, devising a process, creating dynamic flow charts and precise spreadsheets. Continual motion coupled with a solid sense of humor is how she approaches life and her work. She juggles multiple projects at various stages of development and maneuvers the creative process with ease, never wavering from project objectives but wily enough to know when an agile solution is needed to meet deadlines.

Sarah has worked in finance-related positions for over 28 years. She earned her MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. After working at Wells Fargo for 17 years she joined the Streamworks team in 2009. Her extensive experience working in this field has made her the perfect fit for the Director of Finance at Streamworks.

Deb Muller
National Business Development Executive
Deb Muller is a 25-year direct marketing veteran of the direct marketing industry who has mastered what it takes to lift response rates and generate revenue for her clients. She has been with Streamworks for the last 13 years, focusing on providing all-inclusive, completely turnkey direct mail packages for clients in the furniture, flooring and appliance industries. Her direct mail packages keep her clients’ stores full of customers, so they can cross marketing off their to-do list and focus on more important tasks.

A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Angie spent time in the hospitality, financial and insurance industries before finding her professional home in direct marketing. Angie began her tenure at Streamworks as an account manager, where she managed projects and honed her client service skills, before moving into business development. Angie uses her experience in integrated marketing, direct mail, printing and strategic planning to help clients achieve maximum ROI on their marketing investment.

Carrie graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with an Associate’s Degree in Sales & Marketing Management. While there, she gained experience in direct mail working with a small printing company in Minneapolis. Carrie brings her years of expertise within the printing industry to Streamworks, utilizing her skills to benefit our new and existing clients.

While she can counsel clients on postal regulations, marketing ROI and keeping advertising expenses low, she knows the most important part of her job is to build a strong relationship with her clients and doing whatever it takes to make them happy.
Prior to joining the world of response rates and calls-to-action, Joni spent 10 years in development and grant writing for Volunteers of America.

Tara began her career with Streamworks while she was in college as an on-call fulfillment employee. After graduating, she quickly worked her way up to a lead in the Fulfillment Department and eventually became an Account Manager. Her time in the production environment gives Tara a unique understanding of what it takes to get a job done and how to effectively manage projects. Her production knowledge combined with a strong attention to detail makes Tara a favorite among clients.

To say Linda Stouse’s resume is well-rounded is an understatement. Her 35-year career began in the music industry, where she handled both local and national acts (ask her about the time she worked with a little-known artist who is fond of purple and goes by the name “Prince”). From there she spent time in the printing and newspaper industries, where she held varied roles including project management, sales, R&D, training, software development and production (ask her about the year she spent in Mumbai, India setting up a 100+ employee production facility).
All of these diverse experiences mean Linda is uniquely qualified to understand the needs our potential clients have.
